ADT's RFID Services Ranks Top In Customer Experience In Consumer Goods Technology Reader's Choice Awards

ADT Security Services, Inc., a unit of Tyco Fire & Security, has been recognized as a "Breakout Winner" in Customer Experience for its radio frequency identification (RFID) services and software by readers of Consumer Goods Technology magazine. ADT was also recognized as one of the "Best-in-Class" providers of RFID in the magazine's annual Reader's Choice Awards.

The magazine polled its readers via e-mail to determine the Best-in-Class technology vendors for a variety of consumer goods categories such as Supply Chain Execution, Enterprise Resource Planning and Trade Promotions. This was the first year that RFID was among the categories polled. More than 150 consumer goods executives also responded to the survey to name Breakout Winners - companies that received special recognition from their customers.

Tim Clark, editor-in chief of Consumer Goods Technology, said the awards provide an opportunity for readers to voice their opinions and serve as a resource to other businesses that may be considering various technology and services vendors.

"We believe our Reader's Choice awards offer valuable information that can be useful to both buyers and providers of consumer goods technology," he said.
