Details and Specifications
The Channel Plus Single-Channel Digital Video and IR Modulator converts any baseband video/audio signal to a user-selected UHF or Ultraband CATV channel. The user selects the output frequency (UHF: 14¨C64; CATV: 65¨C125, exluding 95¨C99) using the "program" button. Any TV connected to the output via coax can receive the signal when the TV is tuned to the modulated channel. The Digital Video and IR Modulator has an integrated IR control engine with an IR output jack, giving the ability to remotely control a video distribution panel (amplifier) without the need to run a powerline to the panel. With the addition of an IR Wall Plate with an attached IR sensor (emitter), you'll be able to send remote signals back to the Digital Video and IR Modulator over coax cable. The single-channel IR modulator works with both 12-volt and 5-volt IR systems and accessories. The Channel Plus Digital Video and IR Modulator also has a 75 ohm termination jumper to loop-through the video and audio signals.
