Customer Reviews:
  • Poor Performance with this N1 Express Card
I use the Belkin N1 Wireless Router which has excellent range and speed. I purchased this card to increase the speed and range on my HP Laptop (Pavillion dv6000)with Vista. I worked with this card and software for several hours and was unable to come close to the throughput and range of the Broadcom built-in wireless g WLAN adapter on the laptop. The performance was very poor and I returned it....more info

  • Works like a charm!
This card is faster than the built in "G" wireless card ever did. The signal is alway excellant. I'm using it with a Belkin "N" router. The security features are top notch and I highly recommend both.

Installation of Belkin Network products is a breeze! I've had NETGEAR & others and this is by far the easiest.

My one negative about this. This is my first time usung an express card. The card is kinda long & thin, but the card slot is wider at the opening. so it can slide from left to right a little. Naturally, it sticks out a little, wher the built in card was unseen, unfelt- but this would be the case with anything in a card slot.

I've read a few neg reviews about the standard cardbus N1. I haven't used that version, but how much different could the circuitry be? I'm sure that its the same card in a a different form.

I love my N1 express card!Belkin Wireless Express Card N1...more info
